Terms of Service

1. Digital Curriculum & Platform Use

Brett Academy provides digital cricket instruction, home training drills, and performance metrics. Video drills are intended for practice under safe parental supervision using age-appropriate equipment.

2. Fast Bowling Workload Limits

In accordance with Cricket South Africa's LTAD safety guidelines, adolescent athletes must not exceed designated ball limits. Brett Academy disclaims liability for overuse injuries resulting from parents or coaches failing to follow mandatory workload recovery windows.

3. Commercial Incentive: 10% Fee Discount Qualification

The 10% in-person coaching fee discount is awarded on a monthly basis to athletes who maintain verified home drill practice (over 85% completion across 4 active weeks). Discounts apply to standard monthly group session fees and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. 14-Day Technique Guarantee

If an enrolled child completes the prescribed drill repetitions consistently for 14 days and submits their progress video without measurable technique improvement as evaluated against baseline metrics, parents are eligible for a full course refund upon written request.
